In addition, almost all civilized couples control the issue of procreation using hormonal contraceptives: tablets allow you to constantly maintain a smooth hormonal background – and women do not have a natural winter surge in libido.

However, ancient mechanisms are not so easily broken in 100-200 years of urban civilization. So if you are planning to increase the family, but have difficulty conceiving, then active sex in the winter increases your chances of becoming parents.

Warm clothing
